Terrence Wolfgang Schuldt 

Born 1950

Education - Idaho Falls High School 1969, College Prep, Idaho Falls, Idaho. Bachelors of the Science of Creative Intelligence BSCI, 1979, MERU, Wiggis Switzerland, MIU Fairfield, IA.  Interdisciplinary study in Consciousness. Attended all the Idaho Schools, U of I, ISU, BSU. 

1990 - Present: I spent the last 13 years fighting an incurable disease of the central nervous system called Fibromyalgia that acts like Arthritic-Multiple Sclerosis. I am presently on social security disability. I am developing a business plan for a Fibromyalgia Clinic to find the cause/cure and treatment. 

Artistic Skills - I use art as a distraction to pain. Writing Poetry, Painting and Playing Music (voice and guitar) like a fidget-stone. All mediums interpret one subject - 3 primary forces of nature in the Trinity. Good, bad and indifference.

My pen/stage name is Wolfgang Schuldtergiest which means "lifted spirit".

My Produtions: Transcendental Poetry, 2 1/2 scripts, Mythological Paintings and 3 musical - CDs.

1985-1990: Financial Crisis Manager – Owner of Crisis Management Inc. Duties: Develop and execute reorganizational plans for financially troubled clients. Contracted with American Fuel Tech., Inc. Washington D C. Sutton Place L.P. KC Missouri. Jones vs. S. California Edison, L.A. CA.. Worked with the late Bill McGowan of MCI whose antitrust suit broke up AT&T.

Also during this time I wrote a Business Plan for Dr. Clark & Dr. Gilbert of Primary Heath Care in  Boise Idaho. To develop MD Primary Care (walk in) Facilities. Personally raised $1,000,000 that resulted in a $13,000,000 IPO.  

1986-1989: Developer, Owner - Construction Management Inc. Kansas City, MO.

Duties: Design and built 35 low income houses for InTerCap Inc in nicest Ghetto in America, Kansas City, MO. Also Located an investor: National Equity Fund of  Chicago. Applied for and arranged City Grants/subsidized debt financing with state matching funds/Federal 90% Investment Tax Credits. 

1986 –1988: Writer-Business Plans - Ideal Systems Inc. Fairfield, Iowa.

Duties:  Developed, prepared and taught computer - based systems for business plans including financial spreadsheets (income, cash flow and balance sheets statements) and promotional literature for several clients. 

1985-1989: Oil and Gas Syndication’s - Pana Petro Corp, Owner Boise Idaho.

1981-1985: Mortgage Banker - National Mortgage Inc. Boise, Idaho.

1979–1983: Real Estate Broker- Idaho Real Estate Exchange Inc, Boise Idaho.

1973-1990: Teacher - Transcendental Meditation Program  - Idaho.
