- Information - A pamphlet about Fibromyalgia, written materials and web site.
- Medications - (Stated herein) 1 at a time over 2 years.
- Green Drink - PH acid back to alkaline really does wonders. I would make it mandatory that they be on the organic - green drink to get the synthetic prescriptions such as methadone.
- Swimming - Laps with alternating hot tub str-e---a-ch soaks. 3 sets, back and forth, first a hot-soak then swim a lap or two. Then soak again. Repeat 3 times.
Real easy at first. Swimming also aids the digestion/gas -- full body movement -- non-trauma. It's perfect. Again a solution to prescription abuse is to make your patient come to the pool once a week. (3 times would be ideal.) Then, give them their medical does "weekly" only if they come to swim for 3 years.
- Massage - There is a specialized massage for Fibromyalgia. A "Reiki-Myo-therapy. Relieves muscles hardened by harded-up trigger point neurology. Acupuncture - Massage - Stretching.
- Organic Oils - Pain Reducing (nova-canines) after the swim, at the end of the massage by the staff. Followed by a taxi ride home.
Then and only then will you be providing Real Health Care
